Description

I have always wanted freedom and non commitment in terms of a career and I spent most of my life as a Flight Attendant, thinking that I was free.

But as I matured I started seeing the immense amount of limitations it put on my life and my roles as wife and mother. I eventually resigned and took up a position as a Sales Rep. This time putting my family first but tying myself down to long hours and neglecting my mind and body.

This led me to start exploring my potential and I fell hopelessly in love with Yoga and I even went on to complete my 200YTT Course. I love every moment I spend On and Off the Mat if it involves Yoga and I am hoping that my business can grow to a point that I can Serve whilst I Sustain Myself.
