I began my yoga journey with Viniyoga when living in the United States in 2003. I have practiced yoga since then as a method of self healing and self-realization. I am passionate about the healing, grace and stability that yoga can bring to life and wish to impart this to my students. After spending most of my life interested in various forms of yoga I have developed a deep love of Yin and Restorative yoga combined with meditation and mindfulness.
I currently teach Yin and Meditation classes from Gurucat Yoga Studio in Umhlanga Rocks.
I have completed both my 200 and 300 hour teacher training in Hatha yoga at Jivananda Centre for Wellbeing in Durban under the expert tutelage of Christine Withiel.
