Ntando Ngubane was first drawn to yoga 10 years ago and after her first experience on the mat she was convinced about the transformative power of yoga. She later completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and 40 hour restorative yoga and pranayama training to enhance her practice.
She founded Grounded Roots Yoga to share the ancient learnings with others. Her classes offer a balanced and holistic approach to the practice and are aimed at promoting a solid alignment based foundation, while sharing the numerous benefits of yoga, which include: improved immunity, reduction of stress and anxiety, hormonal balance and enhanced women's health.
Her passion is helping people to live in accordance with their higher selves.
