I have been practising Iyengar Yoga since 2009 and incorporate Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Astanga and Restorative principles in my classes.
Chair yoga is a gentle and effective practice with all the benefits of traditional yoga, particularly if you have an injury or limited mobility.
